Who we are

We are Team Nic – a passionate group of family and friends of Nichala Gallivan, a beloved Daughter, Wife, Mummy, Aunty, Niece, cousin and Friend. A devoted and inspiring English and Film Studies teacher at Katharine Lady Berkeley School in Gloucestershire (Her happy place). Nichala, who passed away surrounded by her family, on 5th March 2024 after bravely battling breast cancer, inspired us all with her love, dedication, and unwavering spirit.

In her memory, we've come together to honour her legacy. As a proud Support Group of St David's Hospice Care, we are committed to ensuring that this incredible service can keep supporting families in our community through their toughest times.

We are not just a team, we’re a family on a mission – to make sure that the care and compassion Nichala received is available to those who need it most, when they need it most.
